1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, or working with Reelith Content in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Reelith Content offers content creation services, including but not limited to:

  • Video editing
  • Content marketing
  • Social media reels and short-form videos
  • Scriptwriting and voiceover integration
  • Creative strategy consulting

The scope and terms of each service will be outlined in your client agreement, contract, or invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials (e.g. footage, branding assets)
  • Review drafts in a timely manner
  • Communicate clearly regarding revisions or expectations
  • Not request content that violates laws, copyrights, or platforms’ terms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram)

4. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver content within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery time may vary depending on:

  • The complexity of the project
  • Revisions requested
  • Communication delays

Delays caused by the client will not be counted toward our turnaround time promise.

5. Revisions Policy

Unless otherwise agreed, each project includes 1-2 minor revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Major changes after approval (e.g., new script, major restructuring) may be treated as a new order.

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due as agreed upon in your invoice or agreement.
  • Late payments may result in project delays or service termination.
  • No refunds are issued once the project has started unless otherwise discussed.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain rights to their raw content and brand assets.
  • Final edited content is transferred upon full payment.
  • Reelith Content reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Use of AI and Third-Party Tools

We may use AI tools (e.g. voiceovers, image generation) and third-party platforms to enhance content. By working with us, you acknowledge and accept the use of such tools as part of the creative process.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure top quality, but Reelith Content is not liable for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from the use of our content
  • Platform changes or content removals beyond our control
  • Client misuse or non-compliance with content guidelines

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services with or without notice if:

  • The client is disrespectful or abusive
  • Payment is not received
  • The project violates legal, ethical, or platform standards

11. International Users

If you are accessing our services from outside our operating region, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We may update our services or terms to accommodate international standards.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or sent to you via email. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
